I think most of us would agree that the world of automation and AI is exploding. An obvious example is the emergence of ChatGPT which has the potential to completely shake up how we generate content.

In terms of our own real estate industry, I believe this automation explosion represents an amazing opportunity for us all. Imagine a world where 80% of our administration work was automated – that would absolutely transform how we do business. Our people would be able to focus more on building deeper relationships with our clients, and as business owners, we’d see greater levels of accuracy, productivity, reliability and reduced operating costs.

Property management businesses in particular are prime for this level of automation mainly due to the sheer volume of repetitive and manual administrative tasks. It would be great to see our technology partners work with us to deliver a truly automated property management solution.

Based on consultation from the industry, REIP partnered with Valocity specifically to digitise agent workflows to produce CMAs. The solution lets you create your own branded template, track the number of CMAs you have in play, store documents and manage client communication via the vendor portal.
