Hottest 50 Suburbs from REIP Nexus

Using REIP Nexus exclusive data for the last quarter provides a leading view of the market that the Valuer General settled sales cannot provide yet.

The hottest suburbs are those selling the fastest whilst achieving the highest premiums over listing prices. 

The top 100 suburbs for Apr-Jun 2022 were dominated by New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

A few suburbs from Western Australia and South Australia also featured but had lower suburb rankings as whilst they sold relatively quickly compared to the national average, they did not achieve the same premium over asking prices as those achieved by New South Wales and Victoria in particular. 

Based on REIP Nexus data which incorporates unsettled sales, it provides an early indicator of the markets ahead of the VG settled sales data.
